Tumaini Education Trust provides funding and support to Tumaini Senior Primary School and Pepo La Tumaini community in Isiolo, Kenya
Isiolo has one of the highest incidences of HIV in Africa and it is also one of the poorest and most marginalized areas. Many children in the community struggle on a daily basis with HIV in their family. The school was founded to give the most vulnerable children the best possible chance to live successful lives and to support their family and siblings. It achieves this by offering quality education, both academic and vocational in a safe, supportive and healthy environment.
